Aspen Mystery

Light and shadow, black and white, line and form all come together to create an image that attracts the eye. What eludes us is why such simple elements do that? Is it their arrangement in space alone or is there more that is needed to capture the attention? However, what the eye sees and what the mind interprets and what the heart feels are all very different. The mystery lies in trying to bring all three; eye, heart and mind, into concert so that what all three experience reinforces each other so that all the other senses can recall that moment in times to come or bring others who did not experience it a little closer to the real moment.
