Enchanted Forest

Mid morning light filters through the incense cedar and lodge pole pine tree forest of the Sierra Nevada highlighting the dogwoods and big tooth maples of the under story as they wear autumn colors. The glow produced by the soft light among the deciduous trees is almost magical, as if a spell has been cast upon this piece of the forest. However, what some might call magical is nothing more than the spiritual and organic nature of the Divine Light that imbibes all living things in the world. A light that enchants the eyes and enamors the heart to not only the natural world, and for those who can discern, to the One who creates that Light itself.
