Above The Fog

Fog is visible water vapor in the air that is both heavy enough to sink to the ground and yet light enough that it can float. It blocks our vision and hides anything that ventures into it. When it is very thick, it can cover over us and we can no longer see the sky itself. And while we think that the world is fogged over, above it is another reality, a reality of light, color and glory. We fail to realize that there is an unseen world beyond the fog. Fog is a temporary illusion that hides the truth from us. In the realm of spirit, the physical world and longing for it, and material wealth and loving it, are the fog that covers the eye of the soul and prevents it from seeing the truth evident in everything in creation. Cleanse the heart of the temporal, break through its fog, and come into the glory of Reality. For beyond the fog, the sky is always clear.
